On the hovercraft Chiros looked awkwardly at Q, Chipp, Wisey, while Bartch took Chipp's place on the vehicle. Bartch turned to Kafe and asked "He said that you were a noid, what did he mean by that?" Kafe said keeping his eyes in front of him "Before you lot came around I was dealing with threats that began to appear all around Gash ever since the Five years War." Bartch followed "That long? But why weren't we told about this before?" "That's because Shiro and I do not want the Noid threat to be a global issue, I've got enough on my plate already." "The boy," Bartch asked looking to Chiros, who was beginning to talk with the others, trying to break the silence. "was he a garuda originally?" Wisey started to talk with Chiros trying to make him feel better. "Yes." Kafe said calmly "He lost his father a few years ago and now lives in the ghettos with his mother, whom I believe is worried sick at the moment." Bartch turned to Kafe, who continued "He and I are infected by something, symbiotes if you will, which allows us to take on more, monstrous form. I used my affliction to defend the city as best I could. I discovered Chiros's condition a few months ago on patrol, he was beating up a few thugs in the back alleyway, as it turns out they had robbed a department store earlier that night." Bartch turned back to Chiros saying, "And what about you, how did you end up like this?" "Later, We got company, "Kafe said pointing behind him making Bartch look to see two black hovercrafts tailing them. "Oh, that's not CPDF." Bartch said.
A sickening sound rang out among the empty streets of G'hoot as the third member of the Black hermit's entourage, Binn, the fish-like ceasarian monster finally arrived to the area. "Hey guys sorry I wasn't able to find viable waterways. Did you kill one alread-?" and then he froze, seeing the sight before him. Vandrin, lying on the ground beside Chromdraco with an already healing hole in his chest. "HOW DID!?" He said before he found a crumpled Tavo moaning in pain as back boosters are lying broken on the ground. Binn rushed to Tavo, shaking him, "Who did this!?" Tavo getting up, "It was the silver one." Binn then turned to Chromdraco and grabbed him by the collar yelling, "Was it YOU!?" "NOT HIM KNUCKLEHEAD!" Tavo said "The other one." "Oh" Binn said dropping Chromdraco to the ground creating an audible thump. "Who then?" Binn asked, starting to revert back to his ceasarian form, is a small red furred form with a black clothed soldier uniform. Tavo, turning back into his true form as well, as a spiky feathered garuda with white spots all over his body, also in a soldier uniform. "It was that silver doll that they are lugging around." " a Silver doll?" Binn asked. "Yeah!" Tavo said, as two nubs started to grow out of his back, "He punched a hole into Vandrin and tore the thrusters out of my back!" Then he turned to Chromdraco. "Well, let's get Vandrin up and bring this one to the comander." Tavo said.
In the warm light of her apartment kitchen, Louise turned on the coffee machine, watching the news on her phone. She was in her sleep clothes, just getting ready to pay her bills. She then shrugged it off, saying to herself "They got it, just focus on tomorrow." She poured her coffee and turned on the TV and saw the chief of the CPDF, Chief Johnason, a garuda who looks like a macaw. "Do not worry we will find those responsible for the attack on Barkley's Hospital." Unknown to her a flash erupts outside causing the neighbors' pet dog (an actual dog) barking outside. Louise then hears a knock on the door. "Coming!" she said getting up, and soon she reaches the door. "Who is it?" "Hey, we're just lost, do you know the way to the hospita0l." "What," she checked her phone and opened the door, "It's past 12 but I-" and then she stops. Standing before her is Tameron, still in civilian form carrying Flaron who was blushing under her mask and behind them were Bakore and Flipp. "Hi," Tameron said with a sheepish grin but before he could continue Bakore suddenly called out "YOU!?" Both Tameron and Flaron became confused and turned to Bakore and back to Louise who was starring at their friend and she in turn turned towards the duo and set down her mug. "Uh.. hi?" she asked. "Who is your friend?" "Flar-" Flaron started but Bakore interrupted "You live HERE!?" "Yeah, what's it to you?" Louise responded crossing her arms, "Wait, I know you!" She said to Bakore and suddenly, she slammed the door. After a few seconds Flip asked "She's calling the cops is she?" "Yep!" Tameron answered, starting to turn. "Let's just get out of here." "Would you please let me DOWN!" Flaron said, causing Tameron to carefully set help simian friend on her feet. "Sorry." Tameron said as he started to do this task.
